How to Return an Item
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 5 days from the date you received your order. To initiate a return, simply follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number, which must be included in your return package.
- Package the Item: Ensure that the item is in its original, unused, and unwashed condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included. We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged, used, or altered.
- Ship the Item Back: Once you have the RA number, send the item back to the address provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
- Processing the Return: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund.
Refunds
Once your return is successfully processed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that refunds can take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges
